Special Education Parent Center

The Special Education Parent Center provides parents of children with disabilities with information, resources, and strategies to promote meaningful involvement in their child's educational programs; including information regarding the special education process. Our center also assists in helping parents understand their child's disability as well as promote early resolution of disputes between parents and school districts.

The Southern Tier SEPC covers the following BOCES regions:
- Broome-Tioga BOCES
- Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego BOCES
- Otsego Northern Catskills BOCES
- Greater Southern Tier BOCES
