Special Education Parent Center

The Special Education Parent Center provides parents of children with disabilities with information, resources and strategies to promote meaningful involvement in their child's education programs, including information regarding the special education process. They will also assist them in understanding their child's disability and promote early resolution of disputes between parents and school districts.

The Southern Tier SEPC covers the following BOCES regions:
- BT BOCES
- DCMO BOCES
- ONC BOCES
- GST BOCES
